Currently, cancellations cannot be processed through our website. We are working towards providing a cancellation functionality in the orders section of your JINGA GOLD account.
If you need to cancel an order due to genuine reasons, please contact us via email at digital@jinga.world.
Please note that orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped from our side. Once an order is shipped, it is beyond our control to cancel it.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the day the order is cancelled. In some cases, refunds may take longer than expected. If you encounter any issues with your refunds for cancelled orders, please get in touch with us.
Return & Replacement Eligibility
If you receive a damaged product, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery via your registered e-mail ID at (digital@jinga.world) Alternatively, you can reach out to us via our helpline number: +91 9962 66 4444
The products must be unused.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories, and the original manufacturer’s box/packaging, as delivered to you.
The invoice must be available.
Products marked as “no warranty” on the product detail page cannot be returned or replaced.
